About the Wolverine 20 mg vial

The Wolverine stack combines 10 mg BPC-157 and 10 mg TB-500 in one 20 mg vial, two of the most studied peptides in preclinical tissue-repair research. Because it is a 50/50 blend, every draw contains equal amounts of each.

The calculator opens set to measure by BPC-157. With 2 mL of bacteriostatic water, 250 mcg of BPC-157 is 5 units, and that same draw also contains 250 mcg of TB-500. Switch to "Whole blend" if your protocol lists the combined amount instead. For laboratory research use only.

How the math works

Every reconstitution calculator uses the same three steps. Here they are in plain numbers, so you can check any result by hand.

STEP 1

Find the strength

mg in vial ÷ mL of water = mg/mL

BPC-157 is 10 mg of the 20 mg blend. With 2 mL of water: 10 ÷ 2 = 5 mg/mL of BPC-157.

STEP 2

Find the volume

amount you want ÷ strength = mL

For 250 mcg (0.25 mg): 0.25 ÷ 5 = 0.05 mL.

STEP 3

Convert to units

mL × 100 = units (U-100)

0.05 mL × 100 = 5 units. On a U-100 syringe, 1 unit is always 0.01 mL, whatever the barrel size.

Wolverine 20 mg: water vs. strength

Same vial, different amounts of water. More water spreads the same peptide across more liquid, so each mark holds less and draws get bigger.

Questions people ask

How much bacteriostatic water should I add to Wolverine 20 mg?

There is no single correct amount: water changes the strength, not how much peptide is in the vial. For example, with 2 mL the vial is 10 mg/mL and every 10 units holds 1 mg; with 3 mL the vial is 6.67 mg/mL and every 10 units holds 667 mcg. More water makes each draw larger and easier to measure. A common choice for this vial is 2 mL.

How many units is 250 mcg of BPC-157 in Wolverine?

With 2 mL of water in the 20 mg vial, 250 mcg is 5 units (0.05 mL) on a U-100 syringe. A different amount of water gives a different answer, so enter your own numbers in the calculator above.

How many draws are in a Wolverine 20 mg vial?

At 250 mcg per draw there are 40 draws (10 mg ÷ 0.25 mg). The water amount does not change this number, only the size of each draw.

What is in each draw of Wolverine?

Wolverine contains 10 mg BPC-157, 10 mg TB-500 (20 mg total) in one vial. The ingredients dissolve together, so every draw carries all of them in the same ratio. With 2 mL of water, a 5-unit draw holds 250 mcg BPC-157, 250 mcg TB-500.

How long does reconstituted Wolverine last?

Plan on about one week in the fridge (2–8°C) as a conservative standard. For longer, split the solution into single-use portions and freeze them, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Keep the unmixed powder cold, dry and dark.

What is the difference between mcg, mg, mL and units?

mcg and mg measure how much peptide you have (1 mg = 1,000 mcg). mL measures liquid. Units are just the markings on an insulin-style syringe: on a U-100 syringe, 1 unit = 0.01 mL, so 100 units = 1 mL.

Is a 0.3 mL (30-unit) syringe a different scale from a 1 mL syringe?

No. 0.3 mL, 0.5 mL and 1 mL insulin syringes are all U-100: 1 unit is always 0.01 mL. Only the barrel size changes. Smaller barrels have finer markings, which makes small draws easier to read.
